Greenargy, IS dedicated to promoting clean energy in rural communities in Cameroon, understands that customers may occasionally need to return or request a refund for their solar lamps and power supplies. The following policy outlines the process for handling such situations:

1. Return and Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a refund or return if the product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not meet the quality standards advertised by Greenargy. In cases where the customer has made a mistake in their order, they may request a return and exchange for the correct product.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact Greenargy’s customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer support team will then provide instructions on how to return the product. Customers are responsible for returning the product in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

3. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, Greenargy will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, Greenargy will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement product or issue a refund, as per the customer’s preference.

5. Exchanges: Customers who have received the wrong product or would like to exchange it for a different Greenargy product can do so by following the return process and requesting an exchange. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the exchange product will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item.

6. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining the solar lamps and power supplies provided by Greenargy. If a product is damaged due to customer negligence or misuse, Greenargy reserves the right to deny a refund or return request.
